Investing in your mental health is a powerful step toward reclaiming your flow. To make quality clinical care accessible, Nurturing Hope Counseling accepts several major insurance networks within Utah, as well as private pay options.
In-Network Insurance: We currently accept SelectHealth, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, & Quest Behavioral Health.
Out-of-Network: If your insurance is not listed, we can provide you with a monthly Superbill (an itemized clinical receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Private Pay: Direct out-of-pocket options are available for individuals who prefer not to use health insurance for their care.
State Licensing Note: Because we provide highly specialized clinical telehealth services, clients must be physically located within the state of Utah at the time of their sessions.

I'm passionate about connecting with people of all ages and helping them discover their inner strengths to navigate life's challenges. With over 15 years of experience, I believe therapy can be both healing and hopeful, even when tackling tough topics. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and even fun space for children and teens navigating overwhelming emotions, teen athletes aiming for peak performance, adults dealing with critical illness, or caregivers experiencing burnout. It's a privilege to support you on your journey to healing.
Beyond my professional life, I'm a wife and mom who thrives on family adventures, especially outdoors. I also enjoy reading, cooking, and baking (despite the flour-covered aftermath!).
